Submitting Schedules, Schedule Changes, Trades and Request Offs

If a team member has requested a trade or unpaid day off after the schedule has been posted, then CCS should be updated via email schedules@ccssucess.com for accurate attendance
reporting.

If this policy is not followed, the team member will be accountable for the attendance recordsgenerated.

All schedule changes must be reported by the team member with the change to their schedules via schedules@ccssuccess.com and they must copy their campaign manager.
