How to cancel a reservation with the Vacation Protection Plan
This will pertain to the MB Region resorts only.
Please follow the SOP to ensure no loss of funds to the guest.
Ensure you are selecting the correct VacPro Cancellation Fee based on the guest’s arrival date.
Cancellation Protection should follow this calendar:
- Jan – Feb – $19
- Mar – May – $39
- Jun – Aug – $49
- Sep – $39
- Oct – Dec – $19
