How to book Groups

Group rates not populating?  Ensure availability first. If there are rooms available, the guest may be booking shoulder dates outside of the group.  Follow these steps:

In Agilysys, when booking a group with shoulder dates, you will need to select “Include unavailable rates”.  This will show the availability for the shoulder dates that were contracted, but not held, in the group.
