When quoting the guest for the stay dates they are interested in, first step is to always quote TOTAL INCLUDING TAXES/FEES.
When quoting the deposit amount, guests may state they need to wait to pay that amount. Affirm can be a GREAT option for them. This will allow them to make smaller payments over time.
“I understand if you are not prepared to make the deposit today, we do also accept Affirm if that is an option you would like to look into?”

Once approved, the guest will receive a Virtual Credit Card for payment. This number will be given to you just like any other credit card (you will NOT select Affirm). Please ensure to place in the COMMENTS that this is BOOKED WITH AFFIRM.
